The team works within a strength's model, acknowledging that people have the ability to live their lives. Traditionally there has been an understanding that those with mental health issues need a 'worker' in order to be able to manage their lives. However, the team works from the understanding that we all have periods in our lives when we need the support of others. The team currently operates within a waiting list and do their utmost to provide efficient services to the public.
