Community Nurses
The Community Nurses team deliver a high standard of Nursing Care and education to individual clients in Murray Bridge, Mannum and surrounding areas enabling them to remain living at home. Working closely with other allied health professionals in providing a holistic approach to clients and their carers in the community. Community Nursing offers a broad spectrum of care including wound management, medication management, palliative care, breast care, immediate post discharge care and a continence service to the community.
