Ways of keeping yourself well include getting help, mixing with others, laughing and exercise. Talk to workers at community health if you feel like you are going 'crazy' - we can help find ways to support you to feel better and more able to manage.

It's quite common for battles to occur at the dinner table when it comes to children eating vegetables - or should I say not eating vegetables.

Some vegetables can have a bitter taste and may not initially appeal to children. Often children need to taste a new food up to 8 different times before accepting it. This can be quite frustrating for parents who have made numerous attempts at cooking tasty and appealing meals.....
